Interval Timer Studio is provided by Officeball free of charge. Installing or using it means you accept these terms.
What you may do
Use the app on any device you control, for as long as you like, for personal or commercial purposes — including coaching and running classes. Timers you create are yours; share and distribute them however you wish.
What you may not do
- Redistribute the app as your own, or sell it.
- Decompile or modify it to circumvent these terms.
- Use it in a way that breaks the law where you are.
Health and safety
Interval Timer Studio is a timer, not a coach, and definitely not a medical device. It does not know your fitness, your history or your limits. Exercise carries risk. Talk to a qualified professional before starting a new training programme, and stop if something hurts. You are responsible for what you do while the timer is counting.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. We have taken real care with the accuracy of the countdown, but we cannot promise the app is free of defects or that it will run correctly on every device, Android version and configuration in existence. Do not rely on it where a mistimed interval would be dangerous.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Officeball is not liable for any injury, loss of data, loss of profit or other damage arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Your data
Your timers and settings are stored only on your device. We hold no copy and cannot recover them for you — please use the backup option in Settings before switching phones.
Changes and availability
These terms may change; the current version always lives at this address. The app may be updated or withdrawn from distribution at any time. A copy you have already installed keeps working.
