Deleting your data

Both app stores require a documented way to request deletion of your data. For Interval Timer Studio the answer is unusually simple: we have never held any of it.

There is no account to delete

Interval Timer Studio has no sign-in, no profile and no server. Nothing about you or your training has ever left your device, so there is nothing on our side to erase and no request to make.

Deleting what is on your device

Everything the app stores is local. To remove it:

• Delete individual timers — open the ⋮ menu on any timer and choose Delete. An Undo appears for a few seconds.
• Reset your settings — Settings → Reset all settings. Your timers are not affected.
• Clear everything — Android Settings → Apps → Interval Timer Studio → Storage → Clear storage. The app returns to a fresh install.
• Remove it entirely — uninstall the app. Android deletes its private storage with it.

Before you delete

There is no cloud copy, so deletion is final. If you might want your timers later, use Settings → Back up all timers first — it writes a file you can keep anywhere and import again on any device.

Files you exported yourself

Backups and shared timers are ordinary files. Once you have sent one somewhere, deleting it is a matter for whichever service or device now holds it.
